I am pleased to announce a CLE opportunity on Tuesday March 26, 2024 at noon EST.
Nash Licona, a seasoned Assistant State Attorney will be discussing how to pick a jury selection from the perspective of the State. Attendees will learn about the art of jury selection and the legal process of picking a jury including actions that might cause issues on appeal.
Staff attorney members will be able to attend the live recording to allow for some interaction. If you are interested and able to attend the live recording, RSVP in order to receive the Zoom meeting login information.
Those who RSVP to attend will receive the Zoom meeting link the day before the session.
Keep in mind that if you attend and have your video turned on, you may appear in the recording.
For those who cannot or do not attend, the session will be recorded and uploaded to our website (in the members-only section) for later viewing.
