I am pleased to announce a CLE opportunity on Tuesday January 16, 2024 at noon EST.
We are honored to have Judges Bronwyn C. Miller and Fleur Lobree of the Third District Court of Appeal as speakers on this topic.
Attendees will learn about the Rule of preservation as well as the basics of practicing before the Appellate Court and the importance of preservation of the record.
Staff attorney members will be able to attend the live recording to allow for some interaction. If you are interested and able to attend the live recording, RSVP in order to receive the Zoom meeting login information.
Those who RSVP to attend will receive the Zoom meeting link the Friday before the session.
Keep in mind that if you attend and have your video turned on, you may appear in the recording.
For those who cannot or do not attend, the session will be recorded and uploaded to our website (in the members-only section) for later viewing.
